Your account for receiving bank transfers. Give these details to anyone paying you by transfer: what arrives here is credited to your balance automatically.

The IBAN, the BIC, the RIB and the holder are shown as the bank holds them.

It opens by itself

The account is opened automatically as soon as your business verification is approved — see Compliance. If your file is approved and this screen stays empty, that is one for support.

An account marked blocked or suspended will not accept transfers: do not circulate the details before contacting support.

The holder's address

The bank does not tell us the address it holds, so this field always starts empty — it is not a lost address. Saving replaces the one the bank holds, and an empty address would erase it: the screen therefore refuses an empty submission.

The direction matters

This account is where money arrives. Where your settled funds are sent is Payout destinations. The two are never confused and never shared.
