Bank-app QR
Payments
Your counter code for instant payment. A customer scans it from their banking app and pays without going through a web page.
Before you can print it
You have to be enrolled in the BCEAO's instant payment scheme and hold a payment address. If you are not, the screen says so and points to Instant payment — enrolment puts your business on a national registry, so it is reserved to an owner or an administrator.
Then choose which payment address the code should credit.
What this code does, and does not do
It carries no amount. The customer enters what they owe in their banking app.
A printed copy cannot be recalled. Deactivating a payment link withdraws all its copies; this code has no equivalent switch, because it points at your account rather than at a link.
Payments arrive in Transactions like any others. Unlike a link, this code has no usage counter — nothing on this screen will go up.
It is the only instant-payment code we produce: there is no per-invoice version yet.
A counter clerk can print it
This screen is deliberately open to any member who can see transactions, cashiers included: it has to be possible to reprint the counter poster without troubling an owner. It is enrolment in the scheme that stays at owner level.
