Routing

How a rail is chosen when a corridor has several: fastest, cheapest, or custom (the order is then set by API).

Checkout page branding

Logo, brand colour, background, card, background image, plus your support contact details and your website. This is what payers see on your hosted checkout page and your payment links.

Orange Money direct debit

Debits a payer's Orange Money wallet directly.

The PIN must be encrypted with Orange's public key before being pasted here. It is stored encrypted and never shown again; leaving the field blank keeps the one in place.

Closing the account

Ends the business relationship: API keys stop working, all sessions are signed out, no payment can be initiated any more.

Closing is not deleting. Your transaction history is retained as the regulator requires.

Withdraw your balance first. Closure is refused while funds remain — a closed account can no longer be paid, so the money would be stranded.
