Payout destinations
Business
Where the platform sends your settled funds. You can keep several and designate the default one.
Changing bank without risk
The right manoeuvre has three steps: add the new destination, verify it, then set it as default. Both coexist during verification, so nothing goes to the wrong place in the meantime.
A destination cannot be renamed. To send settlements elsewhere, you add one — precisely so that both exist while you check the new one.
The confirmation code
A change here redirects money. The confirmation code is sent for the exact destination you entered. If you did not initiate this change, do not enter the code — it is the last barrier before funds go somewhere else.
The channels
Mobile money (a provider and a number) or a bank account (a bank and an IBAN), per corridor.
With no destination set, settlements cannot be paid out — see Settlements.
For the account where transfers arrive, see Receiving account.
