Instant payments
Payments
The BCEAO's instant payment scheme. Enrol your business once, then request payment from several customers at a time — each request arrives in the payer's banking app.
Enrolment
It requires the legal name, the tax identifier, the registered address and a contact. If any are missing, the screen names exactly which: they are filled in under Settings.
Enrolment is reviewed before it takes effect; this screen shows the outcome. It puts your business on a national registry, which makes it an owner-level action.
Bulk requests
One row per payer: their alias, the amount, a name, a reason. Paste from a spreadsheet accepts the same format in tabs, semicolons or commas.
A request moves no money by itself. The payer approves it in their own banking app; until then, nothing has moved.
Enrol first. A request sent before enrolment is refused by the scheme, not by us — so the error will not come from this screen.
Each batch returns a reference: quote it if you have a question about that batch.
For a counter code rather than a named request, see Bank-app QR.
